Munishwar Sadhna (also referred to as Muni Sadhna or Munindra Sadhna) is a specialized spiritual practice in Hindu and esoteric traditions aimed at attaining higher states of consciousness, mental discipline, and inner peace. The term Munishwar translates to “Lord of the Sages” or the “Supreme Rishi,” often associating the practice with highly advanced spiritual masters, or specifically with deities like Lord Shiva and Lord Dattatreya, who are considered the ultimate gurus of ascetics.
Muni refers to a sage who practices silence (Mauna) and contemplation. The sadhna helps in quieting mental chatter and mastering thoughts.
