Kaustubha Deeksha

kaustubha Sadhana is a spiritual practice to worship the Kaustubh Mani (divine gem) worn by Lord Vishnu. It is said to bring youth, energy, wealth, and material comforts. Sadhak do this sadhna to seek Lord Vishnu’s blessings and awaken inner light.

Benefits Of Kaustubha Sadhna

* Awakening Pure Consciousness: Because the gem represents the jiva (soul) resting directly against Lord Vishnu’s heart, the sadhana strips away avidya (ignorance) and helps practitioners realize their innate, divine nature.
* Heart Chakra Activation: The gem resides on the chest. Meditating on it activates the Anahata (heart) chakra, allowing a free flow of prana-shakti (life force energy) and opening the practitioner up to universal love and bliss.
* Piercing the Fog: The scriptures describe the Kaustubha as being “as brilliant as a crore (ten million) suns” and the source of light for all celestial bodies. Doing this sadhana acts as a mental beacon, instantly clearing confusion, indecisiveness, and “mental static.”
* Elimination of Negative Emotions: Regular practice quietens the senses and helps dissolve deeply rooted negative traits such as fear, irrational anxiety, anger, and greed.
