Anahata Chakra Deeksha

Anahata Chakra is the air element dominant Chakra. When it is awakened, the breathing process is controlled. Breathing is not shallow but comes from the navel. Those who are Yogis, their breath arises from the navel. If you have carefully observed a child sleeping, as soon as he inhales, his stomach rises up, and with each inhale and exhale, his navel remains mobile. This is a sign of the consciousness of the Kundalini system in the body. But when the child grows up, due to lack of practice, his breathing becomes shallow, and then breathing continues, life continues, but the navel does not remain mobile. After the awakening of Manipur Chakra, the navel immediately becomes conscious again, breathing and exhalation become balanced, as a result of which complete transformation of personality is possible.
