Just as external life alone is incomplete, internal life alone is also incomplete, because a home cannot be run solely by compassion, contentment with any situation, or nonviolence. In fact, the combination of these two conditions is the key to completeness.
It can bestow the art of enjoying opulence with a calm and contented mind. With such a still mind, one can fulfill all their inner and outer desires even while living in pleasures; only then can one ultimately transcend desires and this completeness can be attained through rajyog  sadhna…
That is, we must experience all the facts that relate to our “self.” Religious teachings alone cannot be used to create relationships, because life isn’t about simply listening to what people say and acting accordingly. Whatever we do, we must achieve it through our own spiritual power and effort. Living life to the fullest is also a form of spiritual practice.
