Five Elements Sadhana Deeksha

We have only one medium to accomplish any sadhana, this body of ours created from five elements and the biggest obstacle that can come in any sadhana is also this body of ours.
Sadhana is such a word that after hearing or reading it, anyone’s mind gets easily attracted
towards it because the thing hidden in its essence is only this that the person gets the belief that he can achieve his desired goal.
He seems to have found the means or means by which his desires seem to have been fulfilled, but before Sadhana, another word or feeling exists and that is Sanskar. It is these sanskars that inspire a person to develop a positive attitude towards spiritual practice.
It is a definite fact that sanskars play a very important role in shaping the life of any person and this is the reason that in the Indian way of life, a system has been devised to regulate life through sixteen sanskars – from Punsavan to Antyeshti, but the meaning of sanskar is not just the observance of some rituals, it is much broader than that.
